Network
With the deployment of multiple submarine and terrestrial cable systems as well as our own points of presence (PoPs) nodes in the region, KDN has extended its network reach to East Africa. With these extensive regional network reach, we are poised to develop KDN as a regional hub serving traffic in and out of Kenya.
Our regional network is equipped with highly resilient and fully protected features. In addition, our 24/7 Operations and Maintainace team provides round-the-clock monitoring and service support to ensure total customer network satisfaction.
It is our role to be at the front-line in technological advancement and be market leaders in this field; therefore we prepare for our network growth through strategic alliances, and expanding our coverage through infrastructure building.

- GPON
Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) technology is the global technology of choice for delivering super-fast broadband to end-users over optical fibre networks. GPON technology can be used to provide both voice and broadband services and is being employed in our 'fibre to the home' trial at Runda.
