Access Wireless offers last mile broadband connectivity to corporates, SoHo’s and SME’s . This is done through WiMax, Wi-Fi or microwave point-to-point radios amongst others technology.

KDN already has over 120 Microwave Base stations covering all the major towns in Kenya and are currently rolling out these services in Kampala, Kigali, DRC & Dar es salaam.

We currently have over 266 Wi-Fi Nodes countrywide built on a robust and reliable Strix outdoor wireless system. We’ve successfully conducted the industry’s first field trial on Mobile WiMAX 802.16e and are targeting late 2012 for making production quality available with improved wireless speed of up to 90Mbps
